Propulsion
Precision tooling and molding are integral to our propeller development. Easton designs and manufactures its own molds and propeller blades across the EAP Series, ranging from 10 to 26 inches, using injection molding and composite materials. Dimensional accuracy is verified using coordinate measuring equipment also employed in our aerospace-related manufacturing operations. These in-house capabilities allow us to work directly with customers on blade geometry, tooling refinement, and production requirements.

SELECTING A PROPELLER
The injection-molded EAP series covers 10 to 24 inches and suits compact through high-torque motor classes. Send us the airframe, motor and intended flight profile and our engineering team will recommend a size and pitch, or tell you if a custom tool is the better answer.
CUSTOM PROPELLERS
For applications that require non-standard dimensions, Easton can develop tooling to agreed specifications.
A typical development process includes:
Feasibility Study → Tooling Design → T1 Samples → Flight Validation → Production
